When I was younger, I thought all teachers are like villains in a happy ending story. They are like those wicked witches and stepmothers. But that was just my theory I wholeheartedly believe in when I was in elementary. That was before....before I met the word "HERO".
As i climbed up to the ladder of success, I met lots of heroes and heroines, not those who are featured in comic magazines. They are the living heroes of today. They are our TEACHERS. Our second parents, who guides us to the path leading to a bright future in the imminent. Reading, writing, counting and expressing ideas were taught patiently to us. And now, still they don't give up teaching and feeding us new concepts to broaden our knowledge.
Without them, I will not be here. I secretly appreciate their hardwork and persistence in molding the youth into better citizens. They open the door but it is us to enter the door itself. Thank you dear teachers. You really are the living effigy of Jose Rizal.
KUDOS TO ALL TEACHERS!
